About this tool
The original receipt panel remains available. The commercial panel shares its issuer, recipient, number, date and goods to prepare QUOTATION, PACKING LIST or PRO FORMA INVOICE PDFs; none is a statutory invoice or payment receipt.
Common uses
- Quote 2.5 goods at USD19.99 with entered7.50% tax: line/subtotal49.98, tax3.75, total53.73.
- Reuse the same goods for a packing list with quantity2.5 and no prices, then switch to a clearly labeled pro forma document.
How to use it
- 1.Fill the original shared party, number, date and goods fields. Keep the original single-page receipt workflow, or select a commercial document type below.
- 2.Choose quotation, packing list or pro forma. Prepare the PDF; the commercial panel wraps full text, repeats page headers and adds totals once. Inspect every preview page.
- 3.Save the prepared PDF and open it in a viewer for A4 Actual size / 100% printing. Packing ignores monetary fields; review intended units, local glyphs and applicable requirements.
Limits and notes
- Original receipt panel: 1–20 items, CNY/USD/EUR without conversion, single-page raster PDF with possible long-text shortening. Its old calculation/rendering behavior remains separate from the new commercial panel.
- 20 items, 120 Unicode characters per text field, 10 A4 pages, PDF ≤20 MiB and preview text ≤20 MiB. Quantity ≤1,000,000 with ≤4 decimals; price ≤1,000,000,000 with ≤2 decimals; tax 0–100% with ≤2 decimals. Monetary totals ≤90,071,992,547,409.91.
- Packing lists show goods and quantities only; price, currency and tax are ignored. Quantities use the units agreed for each item; their sum is arithmetic, not weight or package count. Commercial template only: not a statutory or tax invoice, payment receipt or customs declaration.
- PDF uses A4 and local system fonts as raster images. Review every page, then open the PDF in your viewer and print at Actual size / 100%. Missing local glyphs, physical printers and legal requirements need your review.
- No upload, storage, remote fonts or printer connection. Output limits are post-generation budgets, not a hard process-memory bound.
