Limits and notes

  • Up to 10 files, 30 MiB per file, 100 MiB combined input, 200 pages and 120 MiB output. Whole documents are appended; this tool does not offer page-range selection.
  • Two PDFs, 10 MiB each /20 MiB combined; 1–50 pages each /up to100 output pages, 40 MiB output. Reading, processing and each document preview have a30-second deadline, with cancellation. Decoded PDF memory is not hard-capped.
  • Front page first in each pair. Reverse reorders the entire back stream before pairing; it does not rotate images. Strict default rejects unequal counts. Final-front allows equal counts or exactly one extra front; append keeps every leftover in that stream order. No blank insertion, page removal or automatic order detection. Both PDFs must contain at least1 page.
  • Whole pages are copied without scaling or rotation changes; MediaBox/CropBox and quarter rotation remain. Hidden content and annotations may remain. This is not redaction/sanitization or guaranteed lossless rendering; document bookmarks/tags/signatures are not preserved. Invalid geometry, non-default UserUnit, encryption, AcroForm and signature permissions reject. Thumbnails use a160px edge, omit annotations and may omit images above2 million pixels; any failed preview prevents download. Settings/reset/files/mode/locale invalidate output. Local processing, no upload/persistence or PDF-supplied external resource lookup.
  • Whole-file mode rejects PDFs with interactive forms to avoid silently losing fields. Flatten a copy first.
