About this tool
Manually rotate and deskew pages, whiten gray paper and adjust contrast, then preview color, grayscale or black-and-white scans and export PNG ZIP or PDF.
Common uses
- Whiten gray paper backgrounds in photographed documents for easier reading.
- Adjust scanned pages individually before exporting PDF or using OCR.
How to use it
- 1.Select PNG, JPEG or WebP scan images.
- 2.Set rotation, paper white point, contrast and black-and-white threshold for each page; preview the results.
- 3.Prepare all pages and export a PNG ZIP archive or image PDF.
Limits and notes
- Up to 12 images and 64 MiB total, with 16 MiB per image. Output is limited to 24 million pixels and a 16,000-pixel edge per page.
- Rotation is set manually; page edges, perspective and skew angles are not detected automatically.
- Output is white-background PNG or raster PDF without OCR text. Prepared images and exported files have a 64 MiB total limit.

Does it automatically correct perspective or recognize text?
No. This tool provides manual rotation and color cleanup. Export the result and use the OCR or searchable PDF tool for recognition.
Is the exported PDF searchable?
This output contains the cleaned page images. Use the searchable PDF tool to add a reviewed OCR text layer.
