About this tool
Add campaign parameters from CSV, check existing UTM collisions and duplicate keys, preview every row and export safe CSV.
Common uses
- Create campaign links for newsletters and social posts in batches.
- Audit existing UTM values and explicitly replace selected parameters.
How to use it
- 1.Paste or import UTF-8 CSV with url and optional UTM parameter columns.
- 2.Configure blank-cell defaults and collision policy. Preview, correct all invalid rows and inspect duplicate-key warnings.
- 3.Download CSV after every row is valid and check how your campaign platform interprets the parameters.
Limits and notes
- Up to 512 KiB / 500 rows, URLs of 8192 characters, UTM values of 512 characters and 4 MiB output. Absolute HTTP(S) URLs without credentials only; destination pages are never opened.
- Existing UTM conflicts are rejected by default. Explicit replacement only affects supplied nonempty parameters, removing all case variants. Duplicate UTM keys without replacement values remain errors; other duplicate query keys are preserved and flagged.
- URL encoding may normalize. CSV formula protection adds leading apostrophes and may change field text. Campaign performance and access rights are not verified.
Frequently asked questions
Will existing UTM values be overwritten?
Only after you explicitly choose replacement and supply a nonempty new value. Duplicates without replacements still require correction.
Are destination URLs opened or uploaded?
No. CSV and URLs are processed locally in the browser, without visiting destinations.
